About Me

I am a native Montanan soaking in the 'big city' vibes of California. I recently graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Montana in Missoula, and before coming to volunteer with TAP I traveled in Africa, Europe, and the U.S.

I am passionate about helping people and believe that change must first start from within. For that reason I am studying at the Nyingma Institute here in Berkeley. My favorite classes involve studying the nature of mind, as well as Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga).

I love to be outdoors and think that solitude in nature is as essential as air. Running, rock climbing, and backpacking are a few of my favorite ways to commune with the forest.
